Our Dutch friend Hans-Peter arrived on the day of the Holi festival when people paint and splash each other with coloured water.
After some sightseeing in Hyderabad, we flew to Mumbai (above: the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus).

After another day in Hyderabad, Douwe and HP traveled to the Andaman Islands (photo by HP)
and to Mamallapuram (see earlier post), making the most out of six days in India.
